Coach Brian Schmitt
comments

“Our team performed well throughout the
night. We took advantage of the gorgeous
team finish in our very competitive
conference.”

“The 4x800 team broke a 27 year old
school record last night. The previous
record was held by Lisa Croatt, Susan
Hawkins, Steph Costigan, and Rose Speltz
in 1986 with a time of 10:01.6.

“Now, we need to have the same type of
PR performances the girls had tonight
displayed Thursday.”
Allie Njus takes the baton from Stephanie Martin to begin the
third leg on what was a new school record time in the 4 by 800.  Njus,
Martin along with
Kirsten Huinker and Olivia Reicks broke a 27
year old school record with a time of 10.01.6.
